Tuition is refundable with a written request and will be sent to the student within 30 days of the student's withdrawal or termination. A refund will be given based on the cost and length of the program.

• After the completion of less than 25% of the program, the refunds shall be made on a prorated basis.
• After the completion of 25% but less than 50% of the program, 50% of the tuition will be refunded.
• After the completion of 50% but less than 75% of the program, 25% of the tuition will be refunded.
• After the completion of 75% or more of the program, no refund is due to the student.

Should you need to reschedule a lesson, you may do so by logging into your account on our website. You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a No Show fee.

As long as you have completed the 32-hour course in Texas and you have obtained your learner's permit (DE-964), you can sign up to complete your behind-the-wheel lessons with our school.

Since our course is self-paced, you can finish it as quickly as your schedule allows. You will have up to 90 days to complete. After you register with AROK Driving Academy and pay your deposit, you will receive a link via email to begin the course within 24-48 hours.

No permit is required to take the driver ed class. The student must be at least 14.9 years old by the first day of their 32-hours online class.

Yes, one student will complete one hour of drive time while another student completes one hour of observation. Private lessons may also be scheduled.

You must be at least 15-18 years old, have taken the 32-hour course, have a valid unexpired learner's permit, have registered for a behind-the-wheel package on our website, and have paid the balance in full. Your registration will be reviewed for accurate documentation (it may take 24-48 hours to review your information). Then you can schedule your driving lessons by logging in to your student account on our website.

No, AROK Driving Academy offers pick-up and drop-off at high school locations in La Vernia, Floresville, East Central, and Proth only. 

Yes, AROK Driving Instructors are licensed by Texas Driving License & Registration to teach and facilitate behind-the-wheel training to all age groups.

Our scheduling software lets you see all available driving lessons and which instructor is teaching them. You may choose the same instructor for each lesson based on availability or you may schedule with a different instructor.

Our priority is your success in driving. Get in touch with us to see if we can still serve you. Even if you do not attend a school in these districts, you can still be picked up/dropped off from one of the school areas close to you that we serve.

This depends on your scheduling flexibility and instructor availability. You can schedule one 2-hour (1-hour drive-time & 1-hour observation) behind-the-wheel lesson each day and schedule up to three driving lessons in advance.
